We offer delivery and return to approved locations including residences, hotels, vacation rentals, and airports depending on location and availability.
Are the strollers cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely. Every stroller is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before each rental.
What stroller brands do you carry?
We offer popular trusted brands such as Zoe, UPPAbaby, Baby Jogger, Nuna, Graco, and more depending on availability.
Can I reserve in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking early, especially during holidays, weekends, and peak travel seasons.
What happens if my travel plans change?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate schedule changes based on availability.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes - a 30% deposit is charged at the time of booking.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes - bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation time will forfeit the 30% deposit.
What happens if I didn't meet my stroller pickup person during the designated time?
A $25 charge will be applied when our pick up/delivery specialists are not able to reach you to retrieve the stroller in time.
What if the stroller gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected. Significant damage, loss, or theft may result in repair or replacement charges.
Are your strollers safe?
Yes. All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to meet manufacturer safety standards.
Can I rent for just one day?
Yes — we offer daily, weekend, and weekly rental options.
Do the strollers recline or have storage?
Most models include reclining seats, sun canopies, cup holders, and storage baskets. Features vary by model.
What age or weight limits apply?
Each stroller has specific manufacturer guidelines. Product details will list recommended age and weight limits. Our typical single stroller is for 65 pounds.
Can I extend my rental?
Usually yes, depending on availability. Contact us before your scheduled return time to request an extension.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least several days ahead to guarantee availability, especially during busy travel periods.
Do you rent other baby gear?
In the future, depending on availability, we may also offer car seats, travel cribs, high chairs, wagons, and accessories.
